Sarah an experienced senior leader, with 15+ years’ experience within the built environment/utilities sector. As Director of Compliance and HSE for CityFibre, she leads a large, multi-discipline team enabling delivery of full fibre infrastructure across 80 towns and cities in the UK. Sarah was added to the Power List 2023 by Northern Power Women for her contribution to industry and is a diversity, equity, and inclusion ambassador within the sector, championing the role that businesses can play in driving positive societal change. Sarah was also named as a Top 100 Women in Engineering 2021. Sarah is also a passionate advocate for sustainability and ESG and was successful in establishing and leading the businesses ESG strategy and Net Zero programme to 2025.
